The form includes instructions on where you would like to see the contributions from your ticket allocated and also includes a Direct Debit instruction form for us to send on to your bank or building society.

*The WRU Clubs Lottery is regulated by the Gaming Board for Great Britain and is therefore a bona fide fundraising project which operates strictly within the law. The Gaming Board stipulates that no more than 50% of the monthly income from the Lottery can be allocated as prize money, which is why the level of prizes can alter slightly from month to month.
