We hear about the opening of The Cardiff Arms in Westgate Street, a new gateway to the Millennium Stadium. It was opened by Wales coach Warren Gatland while we also hear from the WRU's Roger Lewis and Tracy Lloyd. Stadium manager Gerry Toms explains changes about the bar opening after the games at the Millennium Stadium, while Bridgend Sports player Alex Borley had the surprise of his life when Tom Shanklin and Jamie Roberts turned up to present him with tickets for the Invesco Perpetual Series Internationals, courtesy of the RAF who sponsor the WRU Youth Leagues. Martyn Williams talks about his return from injury to face the All Blacks and we find out about the new member of the Wales coaching team, strength and conditioning coach Adam Beard.
