Tours / Matches outside of Wales
Approval is required from the Host Union, who must appoint a qualified Match Official. The WRU Death and Permanent Disability Insurance Scheme is valid, but additional individual travel insurance is also recommended, especially if travelling outside the UK.
Touring Teams visiting Wales
The Host Club in Wales must contact the WRU providing details of the touring team and fixture(s) to be played. The Host Club must appoint a WRU Qualified Match Official.
