Wales Women U20 encountered their second defeat of the season to their English counterparts with a 43-0 defeat at Heythrop Park, Oxfordshire.
Wales Women U20 kept their hosts at bay for the first twenty minutes, and showed promise in the scrummaging and line-out areas. Yet England soon afterwards gained their first points of the afternoon as Laura Keates benefitted from a Natasha Hunt break, powering over the line for England's first of seven tries during the match.

Emily Scarratt converted to push England into a seven point lead, which was doubled by the close of the first half through a Georgina Crabb effort that was once again converted by Scarratt.

The second half witnessed a try for the fullback following a chip ahead from Claire Garner, though she was unable to add the extras for her own score. This score by Scarratt on 48 minutes sparked a flurry of English activity as they notched an impressive 19 points in five minutes.

Replacement Sam Bree broke from forty metres out to score and was quickly followed by Marlie Packer also crossing the whitewash following a line-out; Scarratt converted both scores to push England Women U20 into a 33-0 lead.

Wales's defence held firm for a solid fifteen minutes after this but they leaked two more tries as the game entred the final stages. First Nicola Hoole crossed after another successful English line-out near the Welsh line and Packer completed her brace to round off the afternoon's scoring.
